RETURN & GUARANTEE POLICY

All products come complete with a 100% Satisfaction 30-Day Guarantee. Not happy with the product? Send it back for a speedy refund. The item must be in new, unused, untested condition with all materials. You will get a 100% Refund on any defective or not as shown items. To avoid any restocking fees, please return items in original packaging.

BUT WAIT! You must return the item in the original packaging to get a 100% refund. Items returned in bits and pieces are subject to a restocking fee from 10 to 25%. Why? You should see some of the stuff we get back. 

For example: 

  • Some customers return items that do not belong to us. 
  • Others return items that fell into a pool.
  • We even have returns that were chewed by a dog. 

Thus, we may charge a restocking fee. Please call us if not totally satisfied. Ask for details.

Damaged Items
If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for items reported beyond this timeframe If you are unhappy in any way, call us at 888-722-1688 M-F 9AM-4PM PST and we'll try to make things right. We can't help if we don't know about the problem.

SOFTWARE, BLUETOOTH HEADSETS, & VIRGIN MOBILE PHONES:
There is a restocking fee of up to 20% for ALL RETURNED Software Programs, Bluetooth Headsets, and Virgin Mobile Phones unless Un-Opened. We have the same return policy in store for Software items. Items returned without packaging are subject to another 10% Packaging replacement fee.

We will test all Bluetooth items upon return for proper working condition. Please ask for assistance from your local carrier store or friend if you are having problems syncing your Bluetooth to your phone. We find over 85% of returned Bluetooth items function properly.



SHIPPING COST REFUNDED? 

Yes and No, depending on the circumstances of course.  If we fail and we ship the incorrect item, you pay NOTHING and get 100% refund. We want your shopping experience to be the best. If you simply do not want the item, a full refund will be issued to unopened items minus the EXACT shipping charges. For example: 1lb Priority Mail cost $4.60 (not the discounted $3.75 we charge). We understand it's a hassle to return products via mail and we have a surprise for you that will hopefully make it worth your while. Simply call us before you return the item and we will help off-set the cost of postage.
No Shipping Refunds on UNCLAIMED or Returned Packages containing the exact address as provided by the customer (Some situations may vary). No Shipping Refund on Packages with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Lost or Stolen items are not our responsibility. If the post office shows delivered and you claim the item was not received, a replacement will be shipped at customer's expense (AT A REDUCED PRICED) plus shipping costs and a $2.50 S&H Fee.
